Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellation depends on restaurant acceptance and order preparation status.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed as MrDoooD credits.
